1. Email us at hello@tryrowen.com with your order number.

2. Let us know whether you’d like a return or an exchange.

3. We’ll send you return instructions and a prepaid return label (if eligible).

Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.

• Returns must be initiated within 100 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned with all original components (e.g., razor handle, blades, stand).

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• We do not accept returns for products that are damaged due to misuse or neglect.
